What are non-dual states of consciousness?
Non-dual states of awareness are the experience of oneness where the boundaries between oneself and the world dissolve, leading to a sense of unity and interconnectedness. They are a way to transcend the limitations of the ego and the individual self. This experience can bring spiritual and mystical meaning to life, and lead to greater understanding, compassion, and inner peace, increased creativity, intuition, and insight.
According to the Advaita Vedanta school of Hindu philosophy, non-dual states of awareness refer to the experience of realizing the ultimate truth of the universe, which is the unity of the individual self (Atman) with the supreme consciousness or universal self (Brahman).
The Advaita Vedanta school believes that the world is an illusion (Maya), and that the true nature of reality is non-dual, meaning that there is no separation between the individual self and the universal self. In this state, the boundaries between the self and the external world dissolve, and the individual self realizes its true nature as an inseparable part of the universal self.
The process of achieving non-dual states of awareness in Advaita Vedanta involves a deep inquiry into the nature of the self and the world, and the realization that the individual self is not separate from the universal self, but is in fact an expression of it. This realization is known as self-realization or enlightenment and is considered the ultimate goal of human existence.
Achieving states of non-dual consciousness leads to the highest level of spiritual awareness, leading to liberation from the cycle of birth and death (Samsara) and the achievement of eternal bliss (Moksha).

The year has flown… yet one thing has remained.. my commitment to the life changing or shall I say life saving practice of KAP. Who knows.. home is heart, home is cosmos, home is “I am that I AM”, home is the void, home is where you become and experience life from a thousands perspectives, you live, you dance, you cry, you die… all within one song and from your one touch..like Shiva you burn all thoughts, beliefs and conditioning that no longer belongs.. once the fire goes out all is left is an empty channel… empty channel of God… fully surrendered… barely comprehending each journey but feeling the drowsy bliss one can never experience here on Earth…
You can study for years what the spiritual masters teach (and we should) but only the very lucky few get to experience and live it to FEEL it… and this is what KAP does…it opens the door to the deepest mysteries of the universe and our existence in an experiential way…. Because once you expeience it Vs just reading it this is when everything dissipates and you no longer are…you are forever changed…
After the immersion… everything is the same but everything has changed… the depth of perception.. the depth of life experience has shifted.. it is not explainable… it is sort of being permanently slightly high on some incredible psychedelic yet you are fully sober… you perceive more, deeper… you contemplate… you cry, you smile… and you feel deep gratitude in your bones to be alive to go through this experience we call being human…
